THE CLOCK IS LATE 1950'S TO EARLY 1960'S, BUT THE POPEYE FACE IS NOT THAT OLD. IT WAS ADDED LATER. NICE JOB. THERE IS A STAIN ON IT AS SHOWN. UNUSUAL BLACK AMERICANA POPEYE. BOTH THE CLOCK AND ALARM WORKS. IT MEASURES 4-1/4" X 4-1/2". THE KNOBS ON THE BACK ARE RUSTY. NICE SHAPE OTHERWISE. SEE PICTURES FOR CONDITION.
