Smaller/lighter items typically ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. I do not send out emails to notify you that your item has shipped. Delivery confirmation is not tracking, if you need more detailed shipping info on your package you can upgrade your shipping to include it. Insurance is also optional at the buyers expense. Please contact me if you would like to purchase the additional tracking or insurance at current USPS rates. Larger/heavy items typically ship Fed Ex Ground. Cost of shipping on these particular items will include tracking and insurance. Fed Ex does not ship to PO Boxes.
