We ship by USPS, our shipping prices are based on USPS standard rates, shipping/packing materials, confirmation/tracking and drop off. Items are sent Monday thru Friday ONLY. Insurance is required on all items sold for $100 or more, less than $100 is optional (strongly recommended), insurance rates are based on USPS rates. Buyer is responsible for filing insurance claims, a refund will not be given by J and S for insurance claims. If the item is unable to be delivered/not claimed from the post office and is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for all costs related to re-shipping or a restocking fee if not re-shipped. If the item is altered, installed, missing parts or damaged in any way, a refund will NOT be issued. **The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (per eBay). If the item is sent Priority mail with insurance, it must be returned Priority mail with insurance, within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be issued within 7 days of return receipt, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted if deemed appropriate by J and S. Under $100 - If package is lost during shipping and buyer did not purchase optional insurance, a refund will not be given. There is a required 30 day wait time for a lost package investigation through USPS, they will NOT refund money for value of item!
