The Handling includes PAYPAL fees paid on shipping charges and supplies (tape, envelopes, label, etc.) used to ship and the transportation to postal office. It is NOT simply the postage cost. I ship FAST. I ship out everyday usually, except Sunday. FOR US SHIPMENTS-- Shipping COST (without Handling) for Priority is $4.75 for items ONE pound and under. Cost for Items OVER ONE Pound would depend on weight (depending on zip code...costs can run up to $10 for Priority for 3 lbs). In some cases, items under ONE pound will be shipped First Class Mail (3-5 days delivery time). Items weighing OVER 4lbs will usually be shipped out Parcel Post (which doesn't have a quaranteed shipping time, can be over 10 days). I would suggest to purchase insurance for items over 4lbs that are shipped Parcel Post. FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: I ship out Priority International or Express International. I do on some occasions ship out First Class International; However, First Class is not trackable thru USPS. IF shipped First Class, I am not responsible the the time it takes to get to the destination nor am I responsible if the package is lost or stolen. I understand shipping rates are expensive; however, it DOES cost that much to ship. Please take a moment to look up shipping rates at usps.com. My shipping rates are better than most ebayers out there, at least comparable to others; so, please keep that in mind when you log in your feedback. Insurance is available for additional $1.70 per $50 value. Sorry, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items thru USPS. Please contact your local post office if you have issues with shipments.
