Made by TN (Nomura) Toys of Japan in the early 1950s, the car represents a 1950 Cadillac Series 52 4 door sedan. The toy is extremely clean, and in very good condition complete with all parts attached. The deep cherry red paint has a great shine, void of any dings or dents, but does show some minor scratching, mostly around left rear door where top meets door. Polished front and rear bumpers/grill shine brilliantly, while window and body trim show some age tarnishing. These early models never came with any plastic window "glass". Glossy black base is as new and free of any rust or paint spider webbing. Rubber tires and painted silver wheels area all pristine. Friction motor does not engage and is free wheeling. A wonderful early post war toy that would be a welcome addition to any Cad or tin toy collection!
