They function (“talkâ€) in the Intelli-tronic voice activated playsets/environments made by the Playmates Company. Included are 2 characters REALLY NINE: Manjula and the Octuplets. All of these characters are loose without the packaging, but I have assembled their accessories to the best of my ability.
