Adorable Rugrats collectible. Going back to school is just around the corner! Never used, this is a brand new 1-1/2" metal ring binder made by Pen-tab in 1999 featuring the Rugrats. It is also an official Nickelodeon item! This one is with Tommy & Chucky wearing the dinosaur attire. Item measures aprox 11" X 12" & appears to be in excellent condition. I have 2 other rugrat binders available with a different cover. See pics below for more details on this auction.
