This auction is for a My Little Pony Paradise Estate, circa 1986, Hasbro. This is THE ultimate My Little Pony playset. It is still in fantastic shape, with no cracks or breakage, and loaded with accessories. Since it has been played with and is over 20 years old, there may be a few scuffs, small marks, or dings, but overall the condition is great. Stickers placed on the walls may be peeling a bit on the edges, but this could be fixed with some carefully placed double sticky tape, or they could be peeled off altogether. They may also be a bit crooked, since they were placed by a child’s hands. All included items are described below:-4 houses that attach and can be opened up or closed-4 pink roofs for the houses (the pink color has faded to a more orange color due to normal aging)-patio with whimsical heart patterns in the “stonesâ€-pool area with stairs, flowers, sea-horse decorative statues, and slide and diving board-pink and blue curving canopy, held up by 4 pillars (blue plastic is see-through, and canopy also has 2 white heart decorations, one on each side)-8 blue window inserts with shutters (one for each window)-4 blue rectangular swinging doors with decorative grillwork-2 “front wall†pieces that can swing outward-2 swinging blue grillwork front gates-4 pink wall plates with curved doorway (these go inbetween the houses where they close together)The 4 wall plates are very difficult to remove once snapped in place, so only one is pictured in the photos. As well, the roofs and a few other pieces have been placed together and not snapped tight, since I didn’t want to risk damage when I had to take them back apart. Please keep this in mind when viewing the photographs, though I think you can still get a clear idea of what the set looks like.
