20 pc set including the case. I can't remember all the characters names but from the photo's you should be able to tell who is who. There are several of each character in varying modes of interaction. They are made of hard plastic. I don't remember if this was the original case or not but it houses them well and is what we always used. These are probably 14-18 yrs.old....but are in excellent shape. My kids mainly collected them but they loved all these characters. Figures range from 3"- 7" long. Most are 5-6". Great condition for someone to collect or a child to play with.
