That would be greatly appreciated. I try my best to describe my items as accurately as possible. Sometimes I miss the obvious. Please email me with any questions if you feel my description is missing any information. Once payment is received most items will ship out within 24 hours. If you purchase a "Buy It Now" and are not paying immediately through paypal, please let me know when to expect payment. Once an auction ends payment must be received within 5 days. If not immediate paypal payment, please let me know within 24 hours how payment will be made. After 8 days if no payment is made, a dispute will be filed with ebay and negative feedback will be left. I ship quickly, but have no control over the post office time frame for delivery. If you need something quickly, please email me if express mail is not an option on the auction. Priority mail normally takes 2-3 days to arrive. Around the holidays, it could take longer. Media mail & Parcel Post take up to 10 days or slightly longer to receive. I offer these shipping options because its cheaper to mail heavier items this way. A small handling charge is added to each purchase to cover shipping expenses. I do not profit from shipping. I print all my labels through paypal at home and toner is expensive. I also purchase boxes, tape, etc. I personally drop off all my packages to the post office. I will combine shipping upon request & as long as one payment is made. Please wait for a revised invoice. I don’t have a set shipping rate for additional items purchased. In most instances, I weigh the package and add a one $2.00 handling fee on the purchase. I feel this is reasonable due to my shipping expenses. Most of my items are all bought brand new unless otherwise noted. I do not get my toys wholesale. I'm a stay at home mom trying to make a little extra money. If you purchase a brand new toy/item and the toy/item happens to be defective for some reason, I will gladly replace the toy/item. If I'm not able to replace, you can deal directly with the manufacturer. If I'm able to replace, buyer is responsible to mail the item back to me and once received I will send out the new toy/item. Shipping is not reimbursed for sending the item back to me. This is the risk you take purchasing on ebay. This is also paypal's policy. Please email me if you feel the need to leave negative or neutral feedback. Most situations can be rectified. I strive for complete customer satisfaction!
