We usually ship within 48 hours from when the bidding ends as long as payment has been recieved. We have recently been aware that the regular postal service can take up to 30 days for shipping but it is not likely. The goal is 2-9 days but it may take longer. We usually do not offer shipping insurance but if this is something you choose to have, please contact us before you pay the invoice so we can adjust it for the extra cost. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once we take it to the postal service. We do take extra precaustion packing all of our items. Shipping discount is offered for multiple items won within a 7 day period as long as you notify us after the first win. If an item(s) is returned to us for an incorrect address, we will make 2 attempts to contact you. If you do not respond within 3 days, we will relist the item(s) and we are not responsible for refunding. If you are a buyer that leaves negative feedback without contacting the seller regarding your issues, we ask that you do not place a bid. We do not offer refunds because we have faith that out listings are true and that the items are how they are described. If an item has "Free Shipping" it only applies to the US. If the shipping address is outside of the US, there will be a shipping fee.
