ARTHUR plush doll MEASURES 15 INCHES PLEASE READ: MY POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: I only ship to U.S.A. via regular ground U.S.P.S. (which takes 7 to 9 days) - so refunds ARE DONE AFTER sufficient time has passed for delivery confirmation. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS PUT ON ALL SHIPMENTS…... Shipping is done on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays weekly. If the cost is similar – item will be priority mail dependent on weight or at times UPS (if weight restrictions apply). Anyone wanting express or expedited service please contact me about the extra costs. Shipping quoted is a flat cost for the continental U.S. and does not include Alaska or Hawaii (so contact me before biding for the extra cost for these states). Insurance is optional at $1.70 per $50.00 (this is what the Post Office charges). Shipping discounts may apply if the products can be safely shipped together.
