If you use nothing they will simply come off all the time, especially when turning. WE were the first seller to offer the glue package and wide bands. There are no other revolutionary ways like double sided tape to attach the bands as others may offer. This tape is very expensive to buy and does not last very long- Don't be fooled - Get the originals! The regular 2" size uses one tube and the wider 3" bands need two tubes because they are bigger.
