Inside the toy is foam beads which with it being so big makes a great on the floor nap pillow. Not recommended for children under 3 as tag says to prevent suffocation. Spot clean only with warm water I would say it could be machine washed on a gently cycle. The Shrek was bought for $24.99, I am asking less than 1/2 of what I paid for it.
