This is an Older Smoking Naughty Bug. It is battery operated from the 1970's. Takes 2 D batteries. The batteries were left inside and left started to rust. It is not very bad inside but it may need a repair to get it back working. I tried 2 batteries but it didn't start but I am not sure how old the batteries were I used. I am giving this info in case it doesn't work. The Car itself is very good looking. It comes with original box. 11 x 4.5 x 4 inches. .Hing Cheong plastic compant. 3lbs shipping.
